Leur position est claire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le photovoltaique doit bien \u00e9videmment faire partie du mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du futur, mais nous militons pour un d\u00e9veloppement des EnR qui mobilise en priorit\u00e9 les surfaces d\u00e9j\u00e0 artificialis\u00e9es (toitures, parkings, friches), qui s\u2019inscrit dans une logique de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, qui s\u2019aligne sur les besoins r\u00e9els (c\u2019est le point principal de cet article), et qui exclut la destruction d\u2019espaces naturels, agricoles ou forestiers encore pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Un d\u00e9veloppement, enfin, qui respecte les territoires et les habitants, plut\u00f4t que de leur \u00eatre impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"583\" src=\"https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure-1024x583.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12400\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.756441433617046;width:449px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure-1024x583.png 1024w, https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure-300x171.png 300w, https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure-768x437.png 768w, https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure-1320x751.png 1320w, https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Amilure.png 1388w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il&nbsp;suffit&nbsp;parfois&nbsp;de&nbsp;quelques&nbsp;chiffres&nbsp;pour&nbsp;\u00e9clairer un&nbsp;d\u00e9bat.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30,7&nbsp;gigawatts&nbsp;<\/strong>:&nbsp;c\u2019est la puissance totale des installations photovolta\u00efques en France continentale, fin 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statistiques.developpement-durable.gouv.fr\/publicationweb\/799\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SDES<\/a>). Un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 (44%) correspond \u00e0 de grands parcs au sol d\u2019une puissance sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 500 kilowatts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>36,3 gigawatts&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est la puissance des projets solaires en attente de raccordement, fin 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statistiques.developpement-durable.gouv.fr\/publicationweb\/799\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SDES<\/a>). Cet embouteillage refl\u00e8te les limites d\u2019un r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique non adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une production intermittente et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3,3 gigawatts<\/strong>&nbsp;:&nbsp;c\u2019est&nbsp;la&nbsp;puissance&nbsp;des&nbsp;grands&nbsp;parcs&nbsp;photovolta\u00efques (hors&nbsp;projets&nbsp;agrivolta\u00efques)&nbsp;que&nbsp;la&nbsp;troisi\u00e8me&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/files\/files\/2026\/ppe3.pdf?v=1772447721\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Programmation pluriannuelle de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/a>&nbsp;pr\u00e9voit&nbsp;d\u2019ajouter&nbsp;au&nbsp;parc&nbsp;existant&nbsp;d\u2019ici&nbsp;2028.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>79&nbsp;\u20ac le m\u00e9gawattheure&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est le prix moyen de revente de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, garanti par l\u2019Etat, dans les appels d\u2019offres r\u00e9cents pour les grandes installations (rapport&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cre.fr\/fileadmin\/Documents\/Rapports_et_etudes\/2026\/Rapport_Maj_BILAN_AO_2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CRE<\/a>). En 2025, le m\u00e9gawattheure s\u2019est revendu sur le march\u00e9 spot \u00e0 un prix moyen de 61 \u20ac (bilan \u00e9lectrique 2025 de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.rte-france.com\/prod\/public\/2026-03\/Bilan-electrique-2025-rapport-complet_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RTE<\/a>), la diff\u00e9rence est pay\u00e9e par le contribuable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>513 heures&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est le nombre d\u2019heures \u00e0 prix n\u00e9gatifs enregistr\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 spot fran\u00e7ais en 2025 (bilan \u00e9lectrique 2025 de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.rte-france.com\/prod\/public\/2026-03\/Bilan-electrique-2025-rapport-complet_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RTE<\/a>). Elles correspondent aux p\u00e9riodes de surproduction o\u00f9 il faut payer pour se d\u00e9barrasser de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1,6 t\u00e9rawattheure&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est le volume d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 auquel on a renonc\u00e9 en 2025, en bridant la production des panneaux solaires pour \u00e9viter les prix n\u00e9gatifs (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pv-magazine.fr\/2026\/02\/25\/selon-le-bilan-electrique-2025-de-rte-les-ecretements-renouvelables-ont-double-en-2025\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PV Magazine<\/a>). Ce chiffre correspond \u00e0 la consommation moyenne de 340 000 foyers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>92,3 t\u00e9rawattheure&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 export\u00e9e par la France en 2025, un record historique (bilan \u00e9lectrique 2025 de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.rte-france.com\/prod\/public\/2026-03\/Bilan-electrique-2025-rapport-complet_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RTE<\/a>). A l\u2019exception de 2022, la France a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 exportatrice d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 depuis 35 ans (voir notre article&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amilure.org\/actualites-enr\/2025\/05\/solaire-photovoltaique-et-eolien-interet-public\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Solaire et \u00e9olien&nbsp;: quel int\u00e9r\u00eat public&nbsp;?<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>43,9 grammes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent de CO<sub>\u2082<\/sub>&nbsp;par kilowatt produit&nbsp;<\/strong>: c\u2019est l\u2019empreinte carbone moyenne des panneaux chinois qui constituent l\u2019essentiel du parc photovolta\u00efque fran\u00e7ais (rapport&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/prod-basecarbonesolo.ademe-dri.fr\/documentation\/UPLOAD_DOC_FR\/index.htm?renouvelable.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ADEME<\/a>). Cette valeur est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019empreinte carbone actuelle du mix Fran\u00e7ais, qui n\u2019est que 21,7 grammes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;en 2024 (voir notre article&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amilure.org\/notre-association\/2026\/03\/reflexions-sur-la-legitimite-de-notre-combat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e9flexion sur la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de notre combat<\/a>). Dans un mix \u00e9lectrique d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s faiblement \u00e9metteur, le solaire n\u2019est donc pas la solution miracle \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonation de notre production \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>33<\/strong>&nbsp;: C\u2019est le nombre de projets de parcs photovolta\u00efques apparus au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur le territoire d\u2019action d\u2019Amilure.
