{"id":265,"date":"2017-05-28T15:26:18","date_gmt":"2017-05-28T13:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/?p=265"},"modified":"2018-02-12T23:05:50","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T22:05:50","slug":"rte-et-les-contribuables-au-service-de-leolien-industriel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toutesnosenergies.fr\/index.php\/2017\/05\/28\/rte-et-les-contribuables-au-service-de-leolien-industriel\/","title":{"rendered":"RTE au service de l&rsquo;\u00e9olien industriel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><b><span lang=\"fr-FR\">D\u2019ici 2023, RTE <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">va renforcer<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> ses r\u00e9seaux Haute Tension pour \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><i>accompagner\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> l\u2019invasion des \u00e9oliennes industrielles <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">dans nos territoires ruraux<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion Occitanie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi l\u2019implantation d\u2019\u00e9oliennes industrielles avec, \u00e0 fin 2016, le cumul d\u2019une puissance install\u00e9e d\u2019environ 2500 MW, raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau Haute Tension de RTE ( sachant que le rendement en puissance d\u2019une \u00e9olienne n\u2019est que de 25% au mieux)\u00a0Les perspectives \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2023 pr\u00e9voit un doublement de cette puissance install\u00e9e en \u00e9olien industriel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Or, le r\u00e9seau Haute Tension de la r\u00e9gion Occitanie est ancien et fut am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 50 en vue d\u2019\u00e9vacuer l\u2019importante production hydraulique issue de nos vall\u00e9es.\u00a0Ce r\u00e9seau n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de ces machines \u00e0 vent.<\/p>\n<p>RTE pr\u00e9voit, d\u2019ici 2023 une \u00e9volution majeure, avec par exemple le tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 poste 400 kV de Sud Aveyron (pr\u00e8s de Saint Victor), qui disposerait de 2 Autotransformateurs de 600MVA chacun, capables \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019h\u00e9berger\u00a0\u00bb la production de 600 \u00e9oliennes de 2 MVA chacune.<\/p>\n<p>Il est question de la reconstruction d\u2019ici 2023 de la ligne 400 kV Rueyres- Gaudi\u00e8res (Narbonne) avec 2 circuits en place d\u2019un seul existant.\u00a0Mais aussi d\u2019un 2\u00e8me Autotransformateur de 600MVA au poste de Gaudi\u00e8re 400kV.<\/p>\n<p>A des tensions inf\u00e9rieures (225 et 63 kV) de nombreux ouvrages vont \u00eatre construits (lignes , transformateurs, postes clients producteurs) par exemple \u00e0 Fraysse, Brusque, Avant Monts, Ravi\u00e8ge, Saint Victor, Onet le Ch\u00e2teau, Fondamente, Luzi\u00e8res, Gourjade, R\u00e9almont, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Environ 80% des travaux seront effectu\u00e9s en vue d\u2019accueillir les \u00e9oliennes industrielles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le co\u00fbt de ces chantiers pharaoniques devrait se rapprocher du milliard d\u2019Euros pour l\u2019Occitanie, qui sera en grande partie pay\u00e9 par les contribuables, pour le plus grand profit des producteurs \u00e9oliens.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u2019ici 2023, RTE va renforcer ses r\u00e9seaux Haute Tension pour \u00ab\u00a0accompagner\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 l\u2019invasion des \u00e9oliennes industrielles dans nos territoires ruraux<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion Occitanie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi l\u2019implantation d\u2019\u00e9oliennes industrielles avec, \u00e0 fin 2016, le cumul d\u2019une puissance install\u00e9e d\u2019environ 2500 MW, raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau Haute Tension de RTE ( sachant que le rendement en puissance d\u2019une \u00e9olienne n\u2019est que de 25% au mieux)\u00a0Les perspectives \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2023 pr\u00e9voit un doublement de cette puissance install\u00e9e en \u00e9olien industriel.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_cbd_carousel_blocks":"[]","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_show_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_type":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_alignemt":"","sfsi_plus_gutenburg_max_per_row":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-265","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-non-classe"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
