C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 du Lac Noir. Aucun&nbsp;kilowatt\/heure n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit depuis 2002. Une association tente de relancer la production, mais les&nbsp;investissements risquent de se faire attendre&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site se situe sur la commune&nbsp;d\u2019Orbey dans le Haut Rhin. L\u2019usine hydro\u00e9lectrique du&nbsp; Lac Noir, \u00e0 900 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude \u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re&nbsp; \u00ab station de transfert d\u2019\u00e9nergie par pompage\/turbinage \u00bb (Step) de France. Cette centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite entre 1928 et 1933 pour compl\u00e9ter celle de Kembs. Lorsque cette derni\u00e8re produisait trop d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en heures creuses, l\u2019\u00e9nergie produite servait \u00e0 refouler l\u2019eau du Lac-Noir vers le Lac-Blanc au moyen de pompes. Et aux heures de forte consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la station du Lac-Noir apportait au r\u00e9seau un compl\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e9nergie pr\u00e9cieux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 une avarie en 2002, la centrale est l&rsquo;arr\u00eat jusqu&rsquo;en 2008 ; la concession est reprise un an plus tard par EDF qui la d\u00e9monte\u00a0(en 2014) et s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 reconstruire. Mais rien n&rsquo;est fait. L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricien\u00a0d\u00e9cide m\u00eame\u00a0d&rsquo;abandonner la concession.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img
